If work will take more than an hour, we provide you with an estimate before we continue. You never pay more than the estimate. It can even be less because we charge in 15 minute increments after the first hour.

When work takes less than the one hour minimum, you are entitled to use the technician's time for computer tutoring or tuning up your system for the remaining part of the hour.
